Change "Welcome" Text Message at Log On

Change "Welcome" Text Message at Log On(for windows 7)
Before doing this make the copy of C:\Windows\System32\en-US\winlogon.exe.mui "en-us" folder as it is for safe afterwards.....
1.First go to C:\Windows\System32\en-US\winlogon.exe.mui.
 2.Take ownership(download and extract the file and registry of it) of the winlogon.exe.mui file with your user account, and set it's PERMISSIONS to Allow your user account Full Control. For doing this you have to right click on winlogon.exe.mui and click on take ownership.
3. Now go to properties of winlogon.exe.mui file and click on security tab. Now click on edit and set permissions to all by doing this......
4. Copy this file to any other location.
5. Now download resource hacker . and install it
6. Right click on the Resource Hacker shortcut in Start Menu - All Programs, then click on Run as administrator.
7. In resource hacker click on FILE then OPEN
8.In Resource Hacker, select All Files (*.*) in the Files of type drop down box, navigate to and select the copied winlogon.exe.mui file on your location, then click on the Open button.
9. In the left pane of Resource Hacker, expand String Table, and 63, to 1033.
10. In the right pane of 1033, replace the Welcome text in quotes at both 1002 and 1005 locations with the text you want instead (ex: Hello) within quotes, then click on the Compile Script button.
10.Click on File and Save, then close Resource Hacker.
11. Resource hacker made file named as winlogon.exe_original.mui. Change this name to winlogon.exe.mui and paste in C:\Windows\System32\en-US\winlogon.exe.mui
12. Replace the file by clicking on copy and replace button.
13. Open a command prompt, type mcbuilder, press Enter, then close the command prompt.
